How soon will I receive my package after my order placed?
There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your package.
1. Item Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually it is around 3 to 5 working days to process. But due to the current severe epidemic, we have to extend the processing time, it is about 5-8 working days, we will try our best to control it within 3-5 working days.

2. Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping method. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from. You can also check the follow form for more detail about the delivery time:

Please note:
Due to customer's personal problems (clearance, incorrect address, inability to reach the address, wrong phone number), the package was unclaimed within the limited time and the parcel was destroyed. The situation that the buyer authorized to place the package in front of the door, neighbors, etc. caused the parcel disappear or being stolen.We are not responsible.
If the parcels cannot be delivered successfully because the buyer has not paid the customs duties, the seller will not bear any responsibility,and we will not accept any refund request.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
It depends on your shipping method. We offer Sea transportation, land transportation, air transportation. Arrival times vary greatly by location and the whims of the government. Please also note that shirts, hoodies, and tank tops all take 1-3 business days to fulfill prior to shipment which then adds additional time for transit. Bottom line, if you have questions or concerns, let us know and we will work with you.
WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?
During the order process, at the time the payment has been completed you will receive an email with the order number letting you know we’ve received your order and it’s on its way through the fulfillment journey. At the time of shipment when our team prints the shipping label you will receive an email with the tracking information. This email will confirm your order is on its way out our doors to arrive at yours

I JUST COMPLETED MY ORDER, BUT THERE’S THIS OTHER AWESOME THING I JUST FOUND THAT I WANT TOO!
After orders are placed they immediately go into our production/fulfillment system. Due to the nature of our fulfillment system we cannot add or combine existing orders.
YOU SHIPPED ME THE WRONG THING! MY THING WAS BROKE WHEN I RECEIVED IT! WHAT DO I DO?
Sorry about that. If we ship the wrong size or product, the carrier manhandled your stoneware mug package and it broke, or you received an order that wasn’t yours, then please email our rockstar Customer Service staff at service@NikaFits.com and we’ll make it right! Our Customer Service Team will send you a prepaid label to return it and we’ll dispatch a new order your way!
